Structure Description

The hydraulic hoist is powered by hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic motor to rotate, and the lifting work is completed after the torque is increased through speed change (deceleration). The hydraulic hoist mainly consists of: ① manual control valve ② main control valve ③ hydraulic motor ④ brake assembly ⑤ suspension ⑥ reducer ⑦ interlocking assembly, etc., as shown in the structural diagram. The orderly and ingenious composition of these seven parts ensures the effective operation of the product.

① Manual control valve: mainly composed of a handle, valve body, and keys, which can achieve stepless speed change. ②Main control valve: mainly composed of valve rod, valve sleeve, and spring. Complete the forward and reverse oil feeding of the oil motor by switching the left and right oil circuits. ③ Hydraulic motor: mainly composed of gear, housing and sealing ring. When the hydraulic circuit is opened, high-pressure oil is fed into the motor, and the gear rotates at high speed. ④ Suspension: mainly composed of upper hook, suspension body, sprocket, chain, lower hook, etc. ⑤ Reducer: mainly composed of a housing and a set of planetary reducer assemblies, which can reduce speed and increase torque. ⑥ Brake assembly: mainly composed of brake friction pads, brake light pads and oil cylinders .⑦ Interlock assembly: mainly composed of anti-collision blocks and limit blocks. When rising and falling to the target position, it plays a collision prevention and protection role.
