QDC Series pneumatic trolley

The pneumatic trolley is a lifting device that is matched with various hoists. Currently, it has been widely adopted in developed countries in the world. It has incomparable advantages over electric trolley:

It has no electric spark and solves the explosion-proof problem of lifting equipment. The explosion-proof grade is: Zone I hazardous areas, including Group IIC, T5 and below.

It creates the necessary conditions for efficient continuous operations.

It can adjust the operating speed according to actual needs, and can continuously change speed.

It is resistant to acid, alkali, steam, and high dust.

It is small and lightweight, with a weight of 1/3 to 1/8 that of an electric trolley of the same specification.

Based on the above advantages, pneumatic trolleys can be widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical engineering, coal mining, textile, machinery production, ships, munitions, and so on.

The pneumatic trolley is driven by compressed air to rotate the pneumatic motor. After increasing the torque through speed change (deceleration), it completes the walking work. It mainly consists of: manual valve ② pneumatic motor ③ reducer ④ left and right plates ⑤ pin shafts, etc., as shown in the structural drawing. The orderly and ingenious composition of these five parts ensures the effective operation of the product.

1.Manual control valve: It mainly consists of a handle, left and right buttons on the valve body. It opens the left and right valves by manipulating the left and right buttons to control the communication between the left and right airways of the main control valve and the main airways.

2.Pneumatic motor: It mainly consists of rotor, stator, front and rear end caps, and blades. When the air distributor of the main control valve sends compressed air into the motor, the blades rotate at high speed with the rotor.

 Reducer: It mainly consists of a housing and a set of planetary reduction assemblies. After the high-speed shaft of the air motor is input into the reduction assembly, the torque is increased through reduction, and is output to the running gear by the final stage.

4.Left and right side plates: used to fix the power system, rollers, pins, etc.

5. Pin shaft: It can hang various hoists on the pin shaft, such as pneumatic hoists, explosion-proof electric hoists, chain hoists, non spark chain hoists, etc.
